Direct buy Warranty has the worst customer service!They didn't cover any of my repairs!

Do not trust this company! I tried to cancel, which they said you could do at anytime and receive a refund. Well, that's a lie!!

You can never talk to anybody that can give you any answers, they say I'll have someone call you from a different department and then you just receive an email, with no subject, and it does not answer your question!!!Terrible, Terrible, experience, please give your business to a company that actually provides you with a service!

Monetary Loss: $2000.
