Approved repairs on our customers car in the amount of 945.00. We have been trying, with no success, to get paid for the last 3 MONTHS.

After you wait for a live person forever, as soon as you mention you need a claim paid they put you on an endless hold for the "accounting department." This company is fraudulent in every way possible. We had to fight for 3 weeks with them just to get an approval number for items listed as covered in their contract.

Even though they gave us an approval number they would not approve standard pricing on parts or labor. We agreed to discount our prices some just to help the customer out but cannot collect payment for what they approved We have left 10 voicemails trying and have been on infinity hold multiple times.
