Bought a used car 3 months ago.Purchased warranty at that time.
Took car to repair facility for what I thought was a simple problem. Turned out I need a new transmission. Direct Buy would not honor my claim because they said the car had not received its 39K transmission service. I bought the car at 49000 miles and explained as much to Direct Buy.
They refused to honor the warranty. I bought the warranty in case something majo happened and then when it does, they don't honor it.
I am filing complaints everywhere I can.And I am telling everyone I know DO NOT PURCHASE A WARRANTY FROM DIRECT BUY!
