Direct Buy Warranty - Worst Extended Warranty Company
I am a Service Advisor and have been for 22 years and have never dealt with a more unprofessional company EVER.I have tried to contact them to authorize repairs for the past 3 days and never get a response, no voice mail option and I have been disconnected 9 times in just the past 20 minutes!!!
I have sent emails, faxes, searched for alternate phone numbers.
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE business practice.DO NOT buy this warranty!!!
This reviewer shared experience about order processing issue and wants this business to read this review and look into the issue (if any). The author is overall dissatisfied with Direct Buy Warranty. The most disappointing about direct buy warranty warranty from Direct Buy Warranty was hours on hold, prevemted from talking to decsion makers re my claim and poor customer service Reviewer wants customer support to reach out to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
